Breda and her team thought about everything you would need...and I mean everything! Every last detail of the facilities was clean throughout and smelled like a bed of roses in every corner and everything was beautifully decorated. I have stayed a lot of places in my travels all over the world including renowned hotels and I can honestly say Killaran House is top of my list for best hotel/BnB. Get the breakfast here. Our menu included a Ring of Kerry Omlette and it is the best omlette we've ever had. My husband ordered it the first day and on the 2nd day, all 4 of us in our party ordered the same thing. Location was perfect within a 10-15 minute walk great restaurants and music (ask Breda for recommendations...she won't steer you wrong). There's also a market across the street if you need a late night snack. We arrived here just as guests and left having made a new friend half way around the world. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Suzie US

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
We absolutely loved our stay with Breda. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, friendly and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. It was all the little thoughtful extra touches that really made this stay special and, without a doubt, our favourite so far in Ireland. The location was fantastic too, with everything we needed within easy walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy. Breda is a wonderful host and we’re so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. We would have loved to stay longer and would happily return if we’re ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer and had to leave thisg guest house

The location was great - just away from downtown with great parking. There were many restaurants and grocery store nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the host was amazing. We will ty to stay longer next ttime.

Beautiful property and a lovely room. Loved the extra station to make your own tea and coffee throughout the day, and a very good breakfast with several choices. About 13 minutes easy walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. Ample parking and the nicest hostess!

We hadden a great stay with Breda. We could enter the room earlier so that was very good. The room and the b&b is very clean and lovely beds. Coffee and tee availeble at any time just out side our room. Breakfast also splended! We loved our stay, if we had the time we would stay longer🥰🥰

Breda is a perfect host! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I made a mistake about our booking and she made a way for it to work out! She even gave us ride to town on our first day

Killarney House is a wonderful and unforgettable place. Breda is an attentive, kind and helpful host. It’s a magical place, elegantly furnished, beautifully scented and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. We had an unforgettable stay.

We had a fantastic stay in killaran. House is beautifully decorated & very clean. Breda was amazing, couldn’t be more helpful and went out of her way to welcome us. I loved her attention to detail with everything, was great to have access to the 24 hour cafe, especially if ya love a cuppa tea like i do., also was pleasantly surprised with the toiletries she provided for use. The beds were very comfortable, had a lovely restful sleep. Perfect location, within walking distance to the town & train station.

Such a warm welcome…and a beautiful property. Breakfast was first class. So much choice and something for everyone including gluten free options. Perfect rooms. Lovely staff. Great recommendations for local amenities. Especially the Celtic Steps show. Which was just amazing. Just the best choice we could’ve made. Host was so thoughtful of all our needs. Especially in the heatwave. Thank you Breda we hope we can visit again sometime.

Breda was such a friendly, welcoming host. Her accommodation was spotless. Our room was cosy and omelette at breakfast delicious.

The shower was not so great but this is a minor niggle.
